Recommending Based on Rating Frequencies

This is the website of the LS13 Fachproject - Wintersemester 2010/2011.

The goal of this project is to implement the RF-Rec algorithm (3) in different programming languages and introducing it into existing collaborative libraries like for example Mahout Taste, Vogoo and Cofi.

The expected results are:

  1. several implementations of the RF-Rec algorithm,
  2. a comparative performance evaluation of the implementations with real data and
  3. one entry in Wikipedia for the RF-Rec algorithm.
